    Allison walked me through every step of buying and selling. As complicated as selling one place while buying another can be, she made sure we had all our ducks in a row. Allison and Sara went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything I was signing along the way. Allison has great common sense and a strong understanding of real estate legal documents being a lawyer as well as a realtor. She was great at negotiating a lower price on a new home. To get it under ask in this market is outstanding. To also get over ask on my condo sale was a huge plus. The loan officer Allison introduced me to was able to set me up with a great loan so I didn't have any added stress around financing. She also found some great inspectors and contractors to help us get estimates to request (and get) credits on my new home. Allison and Sara were super responsive to my calls and emails with any random question I could pose. We utilized DocuSign whenever possible to make signing documents super easy (there's always a ton of paperwork). I would recommend Allison for anyone looking for a calm steady hand to guide you through your next home purchase and sale.
