With over 20 years of combined experience as a former attorney and a top-producing real estate broker associate, Allison has extensive experience negotiating complex transactions. A cum laude graduate of the University of Los Angeles and a graduate of UCLA School of Law, Allison worked as an entertainment and intellectual property attorney, practicing with several boutique law firms in Los Angeles as well as with The Walt Disney Company. Allison's depth of negotiating expertise truly sets her apart from her competitors, enabling Allison to become a top listing and selling broker associate in the Beverly Grove neighborhood while earning her numerous distinctions among her peers. Kevin Ellis was born in Waterbury Connecticut. He studied accounting at Post University and has worked in the service industry for 15 years prior to becoming a REALTOR®. He has been a member of the Los Angeles community since 2016 and is so excited to be turning that focus toward real estate. With a passion for service, Kevin is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs.
